Compressor Elements Service, Incorporated has become known as a highly competitive machining facility with a highly qualified staff of very experienced machinist and engineers. For 33 years Compressor Elements Service, Inc., has performed for the natural gas industry. In this time CESI has expanded it's product line and service to better service the gas compressor industry. In shops covering 30,000 sq. ft. CESI offers service to repair and manufacture the following items:

• Compressor Cylinders
  
• Compressor Pistons, Rods, Rings
  
• Compressor Valves

Each of the areas of CESI are separated to handle its own specialty in repair or manufacturing new items in house. Compressor Elements continues to add to its "state of the art" machinery to help our company give the customer the highest quality parts and the fastest delivery in the industry.

CESI also employs a full-time quality control specialist. The duties of the Q.C. specialist are to inspect and record data on all jobs performed at CESI.

The Q.C. specialist performs this by:

• Visual Inspection
  
• Mechanical Inspection
  
• Magnaflux Inspection: Black Light or mag particle
  
• Hands-on mic readings
  
• Recording all data
  
• Maintaining Q.C. archives

The Q.C. specialist also has the duty of gathering certified mill spec sheets to qualify material integrity. The Q.C. specialist is on the same level as our shop foreman's and has the same authority in our company. He does not report to any foreman in our operation; he reports directly to the president of the company. He has the authority to stop any job in progress or refuse shipment on any job.

Compressor Elements has extended it's service area into the Barnett shale gas play with a 5,000 sq. ft. parts warehouse in Granbury, Texas. To further our commitment to serving and expediting your needs, we added a 15,000 sq. ft. machining and warehouse facility at our Monahans location.

Located in Monahans, Texas, CESI is in an ideal location to service our customer and to expedite new or repaired items in a matter of hours if the need arises. With access to a huge inventory of new replacement parts CESI can get your equipment back "on line" in a minimal amount of time.
