PISTON RINGS & ROD PACKING

Compressor Elements offers same day service on any piston ring style or size. Carbon, glass and bronze-filled Teflon bushings are always in stock and sizes range from 3.000" diameter to 40.000" diameter. One, two and three-piece rings are available along with one or two-piece rider bands from stock materials. Installation of rider bands is accomplished with a custom oven.

An archive of every customer's ring specifications, including groove dimensions and weight, is continually maintained to shorten ordering time for plant turnarounds and other scheduled maintenance. Quick delivery of custom rod packing is attainable from our ready inventory. Packing materials include Teflon, bakelite, bronze and cast iron.

As always, a Quality Control inspection verifies the integrity of the parts.
