RELINING

Compressor Elements began offering compressor cylinder relining after the acquisition of Hamil Machine Tool in 1990. Large capacity machine tools and an experienced staff offer qualified assembly and inspection of all compressor cylinders. Compressor Elements specializes in relining of the cylinder bores to standard OEM dimensions using mill certified liner materials. Spraying on the cylinder bores is also an optional repair.

Custom boring and oversizing are also available along with conventional or Teflon honing and seat nest surfacing. Hydrotesting and magnaflux are available as optional inspection services. Quality Control documents of all repairs are maintained for future reference.

Cylinders are reconditioned in the company's 30,000 sq. ft. shop or kept in warehouse inventory. As with all Compressor Elements repairs, your job is guaranteed.
