Manufacturing compressor valves on computerized mills is one of many services provided by Compressor Elements.

The company has been manufacturing valves since 1980 and has significantly invested in the latest technology including six CNC (computer numerically controlled) machines. Mill spec sheets are required on all materials purchased from suppliers and valves are mill certified to rigid specifications. Cast iron, ductile iron or steel materials are used for compressor valves. Rigid inspections during the manufacturing process are part of the company's Quality Control program which is overseen by a full-time QC Specialist.

Compressor Elements is a single source for all OEM makes. An extensive inventory is maintained on most popular valve types. All common style designs are manufactured as well as obsolete designs. Many designs have been improved or re-engineered, and any style can be customized according to preference.

Delivery on newly manufactured valves is normally accomplished within a few days.

Valve repair is provided by Compressor Elements' experienced valve technicians on all OEM styles and the company offers 24-hour service. An inventory of repair parts is on hand including seats, guards, plates, springs, buttons and bolts, to name a few.

Every customer's particular valve applications are archived for future reference.
